Building resilience -introducing an emotional regulation app

Bettina Moltrecht, MSCA researcher at the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families, is developing a mental health app for children. The app teaches children strategies in how to regulate their feelings.

Funded by the EU's Horizon2020 Research and Innovation Programme Bettina worked very closely with  Mair Perkins (animator), the Evidence-Based Practice Unit, the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families, UC Riverside's Emotion &Emotion Regulation lab, TEAM-ITN, University College London, Freddie Cooke and Ben Cooke.
