International Conference on Problematic Usage of the Internet (PUI)

Problematic use of the internet (PUI) and its impact on the health and wellbeing of European citizens is a primary focus the PUI Cost Action.  Problematic behaviours relating to bullying, social media and gaming is become a growing concern across all age groups.  This represents an emerging challenge for mental health research.

The network’s aims include identifying key genetic, psychological and social factors that lead people to disordered online behaviours.

An interactive training and workshop event on PUI, will take place at Clare College, Cambridge, UK January 14-16th 2019.  Full details of the training event is here
