TEAM researchers runamuck!
TEAM ITN researchers Claudette Pretorius, Darragh McCashin and Gianluigi Riva raised money for Pieta House by running a 5.5km 'Runamuck' mud-run in Nass, Co. Kildare on Saturday the 10th of March 2018.
Free The Elephant is a UCD Student Mental Health Campaign and this year the Runamuck Challenge raised funds for Pieta House which is a suicide and self harm crisis centre. The Runamuck Challenge is a cross country obstacle "run" event over a wet and mucky course designed to test your mental & physical strength, to leave competitors feel empowered and with a smile on their face.
As you can see TEAM researchers certainly left with a smile on their face (along with a few bruises!) after this vigorous challenge while raising much needed funds for this worthy non-profit organisation. Congrats to you all!
