The Second Digital Child Mental Health Conference 2020, Barcelona, Spain
TEAM's Digital Child Mental Health Conference returns for another year in 2020 following the inaugural event in 2018. The theme of next year's conference is future focused, reflecting on current technologies supporting mental health and the future of digital youth mental health.
Next year's conference will take place on the 27th January 2020 with registration desks open from 08:30 and closing of the conference from 16:30. The conference will be hosted by Telefonica Innovaction Alpha at Torre Telefónica Diagonal 00 Plaza Ernest Lluch, 5 08019 Barcelona. Both academic and public audiences are invited to attend.
Designed to make the next crucial steps in digital youth mental health (YMH), keynote speakers include;
- Dr Mathijs Lucassen, Faculty of Wellbeing, Education and Language Studies (WELS) at The Open University
- Dr Linda Kaye, Department of Psychology, Edge Hill University
- Dr Amy Orben, College Research Fellow, Emmanuel College, University of Cambridge
- Dr Tarek R. Besold, Chief Behavioural Officer (CBO) at Alpha Health
In addition, Youtuber Thomas Arnold will provide a youth perspective on the use of technology in YMH. The DCMH conference will also include an interactive session where audience members can participate in roundtable discussions.
